Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect (you received the wrong item)
  • Defective

If your order meets one of the above conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

Once your claim is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.


Refunds

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Replacements

If eligible, we may offer a replacement item instead of a refund depending on stock availability.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors
  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary

Damaged or Incorrect Items
